Authenticating User Requirements

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have  admin permissions in UserGems

Connect

Connecting UserGems to your Gong workspace is simple and takes just a few minutes:

  1. Log in to UserGems
    Go to your UserGems dashboard and navigate to Settings > Connected Applications.

  2. Locate Gong
    Click on the Gong integration link.

  3. Authorize Access
    You’ll be redirected to Gong. Sign in and grant UserGems permission to access your call transcription data.
    Note: We request read-only access to transcriptions and metadata. We do not store call audio.

  4. Start Receiving Signals
    Signals will appear in audiences and will be available in workflows.
