Prelay integrates with your entire organization's Gong instance to enrich deal activity and collaboration workflows. Once connected, Prelay securely accesses relevant data across the organization while maintaining strict access controls.

Only Gong calls linked to calendar events by users who own those events are visible in Prelay, furthermore Prelay users that don't have access to a Deal will not be shown any linked Gong data on the Deal. Private Gong calls and private calendar events are never processed or shown in the platform.

To facilitate this linkage, Prelay users may connect their organization's calendar provider (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.) if enabled by an admin.

Requirements

Authenticating User Requirements

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have admin permissions in Prelay.

Prelay Subscription

Your organization must have a Prelay subscription in order to activate this integration.

Connect

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have admin permissions in Prelay.

  1. In Prelay, go to Integrations in the left panel.
  2. Find the Gong Integration item and select the "Manage" button
  3. Click "Connect". You'll be redirected to Gong.
  4. Sign in to your Gong organization.
  5. In the permission request page, click Allow to give Prelay access to Gong. You'll be redirected back to the Prelay Gong Integration Settings page. You are now connected to Gong.
