Requirements
Subscriptions Required
Must have:
- Demandbase subscription (and Demandbase for Sales subscription for iframe)
- Gong Engage subscription (for Demandbase iframe and to push contacts from Demandbase)
Authentication Requirements
To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have admin permissions in Demandbase
Connect
- In Demandbase, navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Click on Create Data Source and choose Gong
- Click Login with Gong
- You will be redirected to the Gong authentication page where you need to authorize Demandbase access to your account
- After authorization you will be redirected back to Demandbase and the integration will be successfully created
