CRM Connect uses an autonomous integration running on Azure. It extracts data from Zoho using the Zoho API and ingests it into Gong using the Gong CRM API. This process runs on a regular schedule, keeping both systems up-to-date. 
CRM Connect syncs key CRM objects, including accounts, contacts, leads, and deals, ensuring Gong has accurate and up-to-date information for revenue insights. 
CRM Connect performs data synchronization on a regular basis, ensuring near real-time updates to keep your Gong environment current with the latest CRM data. 
  • Gong Engage: CRM Connect uses the Gong CRM API which is not compatible with Gong Engage.
  • Gong Forecast: Features limited to Imports only. 
  • Deal board inline editing/ CRM write back: Not supported.
