Our integration securely exports non-private call recordings and transcripts from Gong into our platform. From there, we analyze the call content using a custom LLM pipeline to generate high-quality marketing content (like blog posts) based on real customer conversations. We access the following data via Gong’s API:

  • Call recordings

  • Call metadata (e.g., participants, date, duration)
