What is Gong Enrich?
Gong Enrich brings trusted third-party account and contact data into Gong. Teams can connect multiple data providers in a configurable waterfall, fill remaining gaps with Gong Data Partners, and govern access, costs, and CRM writeback from Gong.
What is Agent Builder?
Agent Builder helps teams build Custom Agents that automatically execute revenue workflows when defined events and conditions occur. Teams can define triggers, conditions, and actions, or describe the agent they want in natural language. Reusable Skills let teams capture specialized company expertise and apply it across agents.
What is Gong Assistant?
Gong Assistant is Gong's conversational AI experience for understanding what is happening and determining what to do next. In Mission Callisto, it expands to Deal Boards and Account Boards, Deep Mode for comprehensive grounded investigation, and Build Mode for creating ready-to-review outreach flows.
What are Gong Dashboards?
Gong Dashboards provides a centralized analytics experience across the Gong Revenue AI OS. RevOps can define reusable metrics, targets, and list views, while leaders and managers can monitor performance and drill down into the records behind each result.
When are Mission Callisto features available?
Availability varies by capability. Gong Enrich for contact and account enrichment is generally available today. Deep Mode is also available today. The ability to build Custom Agents that run automatically in Agent Builder and additional Gong Assistant enhancements are rolling out later this year. Gong Dashboards are generally available for Gong Forecast users today, with broader availability planned later this year.
Does Agent Builder consume Gong Credits?
Manually triggered Custom Agents are included with Gong Foundation. Custom Agents that are automatically triggered are subject to Gong Credits.
What are Gong Missions?
Gong Missions are quarterly product launches that give customers a clearer, more predictable way to understand what is new and what is releasing soon. Each mission advances the Gong Revenue AI OS with innovations tied to real revenue workflows and outcomes.
