Celebrate ‘26 - Registration Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in Gong’s Celebrate ‘26 In-Person event and are an agreement between Gong.io, Inc. ("Gong” "we," "us," or "our") and You. You represent to us that You are authorized to enter into these Terms.

All registrants must be fully paid prior to attending Gong’s Celebrate ‘26. Payments are by credit card only. We reserve the right to review registrations, refuse attendance and cancel a registration, in which case, registration fees would be refunded.

How to cancel your registration:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. See refund policy below.

Refund policy:

For cancellations received prior to August 15, 2026, a refund of your registration fee (if paid) minus a cancellation fee will be distributed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any refunds to be reflected on your account. Stripe fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Fees:

General Conference Registration: $100
General Conference + Empower Certification Registration: $200

Cancellations received after August 15, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations for tickets included as part of a Gong contract will not be refunded.

No show policy:

If your registration is not cancelled prior to the event date, it will result in a “no show” status. No show registrations are not eligible for a refund and cannot be transferred to future Gong conferences.

Attendee substitution:

Registration transfer requests must be made in writing to [email protected] prior to September 1, 2026. Any transfer requests made after September 4, 2026 will not be honored. Please include the names and email addresses of both the original registrant(s) and substitute registrant(s) in your request. Please note that the Gong Empower Certification sessions are on a space available basis and will likely operate on a waitlist. Transfer space is not guaranteed.

Attendee list:

By default, your profile is shown in the attendee list in the Celebrate mobile app. To opt out of appearing on the attendee list, please follow these steps:

Sign in to Accelevents
Navigate to Menu > Settings
Toggle off “Show profile info on People’s tab”

By registering for Gong’s Celebrate ‘26, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Gong Celebrate ‘26 is only open to business professionals 21 years and over who are current and prospective clients, invited guests and sponsoring partners of Gong. Gong may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission and reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the conference. While we endeavor to deliver the conference as published, Gong reserves the right to make any changes it deems fit to the program. Occasionally, speakers may cancel and/or topics may change and no guarantee is given that any published speakers or topic in the conference will take place.

Photography & Videography:

Gong and its agents reserve the right to photograph and video record you at Gong’s Celebrate ‘26 for use in Gong’s promotional materials.

Accordingly, you waive any approval rights and grant Gong a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish and distribute your likeness in any such photographs or videos.

Attendee Information:

Gong reserves the right to publish your title, company, city, and state for use in attendee lists provided to Exhibitors or Sponsors.

Attendee names will automatically be included on shared lists provided to fellow attendees via the event mobile app, unless the attendee has selected to opt-out via their attendee profile in Accelevents.

Gong assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any event participant while traveling to or from this conference. In no event will the total liability of Gong arising out of your attendance at the conference exceed the cost of the registration fee paid.

Age Limitation: Attendees must be 21 years of age on the first day of the Event to attend this Event and all related events.

Device Security:

It is the responsibility of device owners to ensure that devices are secure by installing anti-malware software and maintaining regular system updates before using the conference WiFi connection.

Technical Support for Personal Devices:

For the Gong certification training, all maintenance for participants' laptops, including software installations and updates are the responsibility of the registrant. Gong staff may help with connecting to the network but cannot guarantee technical support for personal devices.

Recording and video policy:

Sessions may be audio recorded upon written permission from Gong, but only for personal use. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without additional written permission from Gong. Approved session recordings cannot be placed online or transmitted to others. Approved short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of sessions. As a general guide, non-contiguous clips of one minute or less should be used. Contact Gong at [email protected] for additional guidance.

Badges:

Attendees must carry their event badges with them at all times while at the conference and present them to gain access to sessions and events. Badges may be scanned upon entering exhibit areas, meeting rooms, or evening events. Upon your verbal approval, exhibitors and sponsors may scan your badge’s bar code to obtain the following information: attendee name, title, company, email address, city, and state.

Badges are required for access to all events and are non-transferable. Badge swapping is not allowed during the conference. All attendees must be individually registered or badges will be confiscated by event security. A photo ID may be requested at any time during the event.
