Gong SMS Terms

These SMS Terms ("SMS Terms") govern your use of Gong's text messaging features and supplement the Gong Terms and Conditions. By using or receiving SMS messages through Gong's text messaging features, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Gong representatives may send you text (SMS) messages relating to your business relationship with Gong, including meeting scheduling and confirmations, follow-up communications, product or account discussions, and other business-related communications.

Data Collection - Gong uses your name and phone number to send you text message updates. We only use this information for messaging purposes as described in these SMS Terms.

Consent - By providing your mobile phone number to Gong and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from Gong as described in these SMS Terms. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message Frequency - Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Gong. Messages are sent only in connection with your business relationship with Gong.

Message and Data Rates - Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opting Out - You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send you one final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us to that same number, unless you subsequently opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer - Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy - Information collected in connection with SMS communications is handled in accordance with the Gong Privacy Policy at https://www.gong.io/privacy-policy/.

Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that support delivery of SMS messages may process your information solely to provide those services.

Changes - Gong may modify these SMS Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
