Gong Celebrate 2026 Ticket Giveaway Official Terms and Conditions

SPONSOR

The Gong Celebrate 2026 Ticket Giveaway (the “Program”) is sponsored by Gong.io Inc. (“Sponsor”).

PROGRAM PERIOD

The Program begins when webinar registration opens on June 8, 2026, and ends on August 13, 2026 (“Program Period”). Sponsor’s computer and/or database systems shall be the official timekeeping device for the Program.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

The Program is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of referral submission; and comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Participants”).

ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES OF GONG CUSTOMERS

Customer Participants must:

  • live in the United States;
  • be currently employed at a company with over 100+ employees; and
  • have a title of director-level or higher.

To qualify, participants must also register for at least one and up to three eligible webinars, and attend the webinar during the live recording.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYEES OF NON-CUSTOMER COMPANIES

Eligible participants must:

  • live in the United States;
  • be currently employed at a company with over 100+ employees;
  • be currently employed at a company that is not a current Gong customer;
  • be in a GTM-related role, specifically Sales, RevOps, Customer Success, Enablement, or C-suite; and
  • hold a title of director-level or higher.

To qualify, participants must also register for at least one and up to three eligible webinars, and attend the webinar during the live recording.

This Program is void where prohibited.

Officers, employees, agents, recruiters, staffing agencies, 1099 consultants, and non-employee representatives of Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, or household member) are not eligible to participate unless expressly authorized in writing by Sponsor.Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion.

HOW TO ENTER AND WEBINAR DETAILS

Eligible Webinars for this Program include:

  • July 15th, 2026: How Atlassian Uses Gong AI to Improve Coaching, Qualification, and Revenue Prioritization
  • July 23rd, 2026: Build vs Buy
  • July 28th, 2026: The SDR Leader Playbook: Prospect Smarter, Prioritize Better, and Coach Your Team to Win
  • August 13th, 2026: Innovation at Gong Webinar

Qualified participants have up to three (3) chances to win (one per entry per webinar). To enter, participants must register for at least one, and up to three, of the eligible webinars listed on the Sponsor’s webpage. Participants must attend the webinar during the live recording. Upon registering, participants will receive a unique access link to join the webinar. For attendance to be successfully captured by the Goldcast webinar platform, participants must join the webinar during the specified airtime using their unique access link.

WINNER SELECTION

After each webinar, all qualified attendees will be entered into a pool, from which one winner will be chosen at random. Sponsor will notify the winner within three (3) business days following the webinar, using the contact information provided upon registration. If a selected winner does not want the prize or cannot be reached, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate winner until the prize is accepted.

AWARD

The winner will receive one (1) complimentary ticket granting admission to the 2026 Gong Celebrate Conference taking place September 29, 2026 to October 1, 2026 at Resorts World in Las Vegas. The award includes general conference admission only.

The award does NOT include entry into ancillary Celebrate programs (including but not limited to: Partner summit, Empower certification, Executive summit).

The award does NOT include airfare or lodging accommodations.

The winner must agree to the Gong Celebrate Terms & Conditions in order to attend the event.

Award transfers or attendee substitutions are subject to the Celebrate Terms & Conditions and will be approved solely at Gong's discretion.

LIMITATIONS ON ENTRIES

Maximum of one entry per webinar per participant.

Maximum of one award per company.

If a winner from a company receives the award from one webinar, that company will no longer be eligible to win awards in subsequent webinars.

Participants may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system or bot to enter.

PUBLICITY

Participating on the Program grants Sponsor and its respective successors, assigns, and licensee, the right to use the Participant’s name (first name, last initial) in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, commercial advertising and promotional purposes as well as in connection with the website, unless prohibited by law.

DISCRETIONARY NATURE OF PROGRAM

The Program and all awards are discretionary and promotional in nature. Participation in the Program does not create any employment relationship, contractual right, property right, or guarantee of compensation. Sponsor may cancel the Program at any time.

PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with the Program shall be used by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Program, evaluating candidates, and conducting recruiting activities, in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy policies and legal obligations. Sponsor makes commercially reasonable efforts to comply with CAN-SPAM. Participation in the Program constitutes your permission to receive promotional materials from Sponsor, and Participants may opt out at any time from receiving promotions materials by following the instructions contained in the email communication.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Program, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Program or acceptance, use, or misuse of any award.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, and except where prohibited, Participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Program or these Terms and Conditions. Any portion of the Program may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in Sponsor’s opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program. Sponsor reserves the right to clarify or update these terms in the event of a printing or typographical error. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the referral process or the operation of the Program or the website, to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Program, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Participants may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot or other device or artifice to enter or exceed the one entry per webinar during the Program Period. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification from participation in the Program. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution, except where prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW

The Program and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the Participant's sole remedy is the resubmission of the entry in the Program Period. Except where prohibited, Participants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliated influencers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively “Releasees”) from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys' fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (a) use, redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, or misuse of any award; (b) participation in any activity, event, or excursion paid for with the award; or (c) in the Program. The Releasees shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the award or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of an award, or from participation in the Program; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Program.Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Releasees are not responsible for delays or cancellations related to a pandemic, including COVID-19, computer malfunctions, network connections, email delivery problems, systems failure or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in your internet service, and for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged or stolen notifications. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Program as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to pandemic, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program.

In the event that any provision herein is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained therein. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Program, including eligibility, referral validity, hiring determinations, and award issuance, shall be final and binding.
