Every year, the Golden Gong Awards recognize the revenue teams and leaders who take Gong's Revenue AI OS and turn it into something bigger than a tool: a genuine competitive advantage. This year's winners were chosen from a competitive field of nominations spanning every corner of the revenue org, proof that no matter how complex the org chart, there's real advantage to be gained from putting AI at the center of the revenue motion.
We announced the winners live on stage at Celebrate '26 on September 30 in Las Vegas, and we're thrilled to share their stories with the rest of our community here.
"This year’s Golden Gong winners embody what’s possible when you embed the Gong Revenue AI Operating System into your business processes. Raising the bar on organizational productivity, turning customer insights into a winning strategy, and redefining what it means to drive measurable revenue transformation." - Simon Frey, Chief Customer Officer
Leadership excellence: The people driving the AI OS
CS Leader of the Year: Christine Lawther, Dscout
Within two months of joining, Christine designed and implemented the department's first formal risk mitigation framework, one that hadn't existed previously. Over the following months, she reshaped department operations by introducing structured Customer Success motions, like monthly check-ins and executive business reviews, and built the team's playbook for proactive engagement. By tying Gong scorecards, Flow adoption, and activity KPIs to these new, department-wide motions, the business saw a 141.5% increase in customer-facing meetings. This helped neutralize at-risk revenue across a number of customers, with retention climbing year over year.
Christine's work is proof that retention isn't luck. It's design.
Enablement Leader of the Year: Elizabeth Mulford, Experian Employer Services
Elizabeth led a transformative platform migration for Experian Employer Services while reimagining her team’s enablement motion around a disciplined, three-tier measurement framework spanning behavior, productivity, and business outcomes. Her leadership drove meaningful adoption of Gong across the organization and transformed coaching from an occasional activity into an essential part of how the sales organization operates.
RevOps Leader of the Year: Ed Franklin, Wolters Kluwer
Ed's name showed up on more than one shortlist this year, and it's easy to see why. As the operator behind Wolters Kluwer's forecasting discipline, he tightened forecast accuracy to within ±0.7% of actuals and nearly halved the sales cycle at key stages, the kind of rigor that turns RevOps from a reporting function into a strategic one.
CRO of the Year: Sam Alkharrat, Dayforce
Sam transformed Dayforce's revenue operating model, bringing forecasting, AI-powered deal insights, weighted pipeline, and leading indicators into a common executive view of the business. The shift gives leaders a more forward-looking view of pipeline health and execution risk, helping them identify issues earlier and act with greater confidence. It's the kind of shift that changes how a leadership team makes decisions, not just how it reports them.
Revenue Team of the Year: ADP
ADP's revenue organization moved from reactive updates to proactive action, aligning Sales, Learning & Development, Messaging, and many other cross-functional partners around a shared, data-driven view of the customer. Rather than each function operating off its own read of an account, ADP built a single source of truth and a much harder team to compete against.
The new measure of AI success: Driving revenue outcomes
The Transformers: Dayforce
Dayforce’s revenue transformation reached every corner of the organization, driven by close partnership across Revenue Acceleration & Performance (RAP), RevOps, Sales, IT, and executive leadership. The RAP team helped turn Gong insights into action across forecasting, coaching, methodology, and enablement, while evolving its own approach to focus more sharply on measurable business outcomes, field impact, and continuous improvement. The team also helped drive adoption and connect Gong into the broader revenue tech ecosystem. The result: a global rollout across roughly 685 seats and four regions, buying committees with 10+ engaged stakeholders linked to nearly 3.5x higher win rates, and forecast adoption that hit 100% under CRO Sam Alkharrat’s leadership. Few companies this year put Gong to work at this scale, or saw results this broad.
The Strategists: OnBoard
OnBoard's Customer Experience team built a CS-specific forecasting model with clear churn-risk tiers, improving renewal-forecast accuracy by 73%. It's a textbook example of turning a reactive retention motion into a strategic, predictable one, spotting risk early enough to actually do something about it.
The Bar Raisers: Intuit
Intuit's enablement team built what can only be described as a methodology flywheel: Trackers, Scorecards, Deal Board, and coaching working together to embed the company's PROSPER framework directly into daily workflow. Instead of a methodology that lives in a training deck, Intuit made it live in the way reps actually sell.
Congratulations to our 2026 winners
These stories span onboarding, forecasting, enablement, and team-wide transformation, but they share a common thread: each of these teams turned Gong from a tool their reps use into a system their business runs on.
Congratulations to all of this year's winners, and to every team that submitted a nomination.
