To keep up with complex sales cycles and shifting buyer behavior, sales teams do their work across a growing web of solutions. CRM, chat, email, revenue platforms, analytics dashboards, the list goes on.

But more tech doesn’t always mean more productivity. In fact, many revenue teams face a new kind of chaos with disparate systems, scattered data, and conflicting insights.

When your key deal insights live in silos, you work across disparate solutions to connect with customers, and your agents don’t share the same understanding of your customers or business, it’s hard to move fast — and even harder to win consistently.

The key? Unifying your tech stack and data sources to collate the level of insights necessary to efficiently move your business forward. With a single source of truth, teams can stop chasing down conflicting information, start focusing on the deals that matter most, and truly unlock the potential of AI.

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that Gong is partnering with Microsoft on additional product integrations.

Together, we offer four capabilities that bring Gong’s market-leading revenue insights directly into the Microsoft solutions your teams already use — from Microsoft 365 Copilot to Microsoft Teams to Dynamics 365 to Outlook. These integrations are built to help you act faster, work smarter, and unlock the full power of AI — all in your existing workflows.

Let’s dive into what’s new.

Bring Gong’s revenue data and insights into Microsoft 365 Copilot

Silos kill deals. When reps are forced to dig through separate solutions just to get the full story on a customer, or spend valuable time briefing other stakeholders, it slows everything down.

That’s where the new Microsoft Graph Connector for Gong can help, as it seamlessly integrates Gong’s rich customer interaction data and revenue intelligence into Microsoft Graph. This integration brings Gong’s AI-powered revenue insights into Microsoft 365 Copilot so your entire team can access deal insights, customer context, and next steps directly in Copilot, supporting you across Teams, Outlook, Word, and more.

Want to ask Copilot for a deal summary? It pulls it directly from Gong. Need to see what’s the latest with the customer before hitting send? It’s right there in Outlook. Looking for follow-up actions from your last call? No need to toggle apps.

You get the trusted Gong insights you already rely on, right in the Microsoft apps where you’re already working. Act on customer signals in an instant, while still looking back directly into Gong when you need full customer interaction details for further context. You can sell at scale, without sacrificing the context needed to build lasting customer relationships.

The result: faster decisions, deeper insights, and fewer tabs.

Create custom autonomous agents via Microsoft Copilot Studio

AI agents present a huge promise, but they’re only as good as the data they rely on. Sales teams don’t need more generic agents; they need context-aware agents that act on accurate, objective, and comprehensive deal and pipeline data.

Now, with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gong customers can create and deploy autonomous agents that turn Gong’s rich conversation data and insights into actionable workflows and insights across Microsoft 365 apps. You get to power agents — whether they’re built in Microsoft or Gong — with deep revenue context that delivers effective guidance, efficient task automation, and trustworthy deal insights, giving you all the ingredients to get to closed-won, quicker.

Microsoft Copilot Studio makes it easy for sales organizations to build and deploy agents leveraging the entire Microsoft ecosystem, with Gong providing the deep customer and revenue context they need to be effective.

For example, you will now be able to build agents that:

  • Flag at-risk deals using Gong’s context-rich customer interaction data combined with CRM stage data.
  • Summarize weekly pipeline changes or create deal recaps, and share them by email or in Teams channels.

And much more.

Enable automated enrichment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales with Gong customer interaction data

Manual CRM updates don’t just waste time, they introduce risk. Incomplete and biased records, missed insights, and lost context between systems can stall deals and mislead forecasts.

We’re expanding our integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to deliver two-way data synchronization between Gong and Dynamics 365 Sales.

Now, every customer conversation, email, To-do, and note is automatically synced from Gong into Dynamics 365 Sales. Sellers see full AI-powered customer context directly in the CRM, with no manual updates needed. And with Gong Engage flow data, you’ll enrich every deal record with actionable insights, seamlessly.

The result? A CRM that stays up to date and a sales team that always has the full picture.

Gong’s Dynamics 365 Sales Enrichment is currently available. Dynamics 365 Sales for Engage will be generally available in July.
