Revenue teams feel growing pressure to adopt AI, yet many solutions on the market still stop short of helping teams act. They analyze data, surface insights, or automate isolated tasks, but often leave teams with more dashboards, more alerts, and less confidence in what to do next.

What revenue teams need isn’t more data. It’s clear, timely guidance embedded directly into how revenue work actually happens — across selling, coaching, account management, and forecasting. AI should support better decisions in the moments that matter, not just explain what already happened.

That’s why today we are introducing Gong Missions, a new cadence of named product launches designed to help customers more clearly understand how Gong’s innovation fits together and how to put it into practice across the Gong Revenue AI OS. While Gong has continuously shipped new products and capabilities since its founding, our pace and scope of innovation have only accelerated. Grouping high-impact capabilities into missions gives revenue teams a clearer timeline for adoption, planning, and execution.

We’re beginning this journey with Mission Andromeda — a collection of new product innovations designed to help revenue teams move faster, act earlier, and operate with greater confidence.

The mission-based naming is intentional. Rather than seasonal labels, our galactic missions reflect the scale of each launch and Gong’s ambition to push what’s possible for revenue teams by applying AI more deeply and deliberately across how they operate.

Explore the new innovation coming to the Gong Revenue AI Operating System (OS):

Scale winning behaviors with AI coaching grounded in reality

A revenue strategy is only as strong as an organization’s ability to execute it. But complex buying cycles, limited manager bandwidth, and high turnover make it difficult for traditional enablement programs to drive consistent behavior change — or prove their impact.

Gong Enable, the newest application within the Gong Revenue AI OS, helps close this gap by turning real customer conversations into scalable coaching and training. Teams can identify what top performers do differently and replicate those behaviors across the organization in a measurable way.

AI Trainer, part of Gong Enable, makes practice more realistic and coaching more proactive:

  • Reps can rehearse high-stakes moments like pricing pushback or late-stage objections before live calls.
  • Managers can scale coaching without spending hours reviewing recordings.
  • Enablement leaders can connect programs directly to performance and revenue outcomes.

Gong Enable and AI Trainer are generally available.

Get always-on conversational guidance across everyday revenue workflows

Preparation matters, but revenue teams also need support in the flow of work. When insights are fragmented across tools and reports, acting quickly becomes difficult — even when the data exists.

Gong Assistant provides conversational, always-on guidance embedded directly into daily workflows. Teams can ask natural-language questions and get trusted, decision-ready answers grounded in real customer conversations, with clear sourcing and context.

The first version of Gong Assistant goes beyond asking questions:

  • Reps can quickly iterate with AI to create the best follow-up after a call or generate the best artifact for the job at hand.
  • Leaders can quickly find information spanning their entire customer base, asking questions like:
    • “How confident do customers feel about our security?”
    • “Do pricing conversations feel constructive or tense?”
    • “Are customers comfortable with our pricing discussions?”

Over time, Gong Assistant will expand to provide additional assistance across the entire Gong product — all through the same conversational experience, with no need for context switching.

Gong Assistant will be generally available in the coming months.

Turn unified account insights into coordinated account management

Winning a deal is only part of the equation; long-term growth depends on how well teams understand and act in concert on ongoing customer signals.

Account Boards and Account Console bring together activity, risk signals, and AI-generated summaries into a single place, helping teams move from fragmented views to coordinated action:

  • Account Boards help teams prioritize and strategize across all active accounts, surfacing recent activity, signals, and changes in one unified view.
  • Account Console moves teams from overview to action — combining calls, emails, account context, and AI Briefer summaries across a single account — so they can prepare, investigate, and align without digging through systems.

Account Boards and Account Console have been optimized for the needs for revenue professionals beyond new business sellers. Across every role, teams can catch risk earlier, work better together, and deliver a more consistent customer experience:

  • Customer success managers can spot subtle patterns across months of interactions and intervene with a retention strategy while there’s still time to course-correct.
  • Account managers can proactively identify growth signals buried in conversations, like a customer mentioning a new department rollout or asking about a feature they don't currently have.
  • Leaders can step into account reviews armed with instant and holistic customer context, shifting the conversation from "What happened?" to "How do we win?"

Account Boards and Account Console are generally available.

As AI becomes more embedded across revenue tools, context and trust matter more than ever.

With Gong support for Model Context Protocol (MCP), trusted AI insights and agents move securely across systems while maintaining clear controls over data access and usage — all typically without custom integrations. As an MCP Client, Gong Agents can draw on signals from other systems, like Microsoft 365 Copilot or Salesforce Agentforce. For example, companies can now embed information from any MCP-supporting service into AI Briefer to help transfer knowledge between team members. As an MCP Server, external agents can query Gong for sourced, data-backed answers.

Gong support for MCP will be generally available in the coming months.

To infinity and beyond

For years, revenue teams have been told to be data-driven. Mission Andromeda reflects our belief that data alone isn’t enough. Consistent execution requires intelligence that’s embedded directly into how teams sell, coach, and manage accounts — every day.

This is just the first mission of many. As we continue, our focus remains the same: helping revenue teams operate with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency as AI becomes a core part of how work gets done.
