Craft a renewal narrative
Best for: Renewal and customer value
Using the meeting transcript/notes and relevant deal context, write a brief follow-up email to [contact/persona] after [meeting]. Structure it in this order: (1) a natural opening tied to the conversation, (2) two to three concise bullets covering the buyer’s priorities, questions, or decisions, (3) any answer/resource I promised to send, and (4) the agreed next steps with owners and dates when explicitly stated. Keep the email easy to scan and under [150] words unless the meeting requires more detail. Use the buyer’s language where useful, but do not invent commitments, pain points, metrics, or dates. If a next step was discussed but not confirmed, phrase it as a proposed next step. Return only the ready-to-send email, then list any factual gaps I should verify before sending.
Make it repeatable
Copy it once, then never again. Create it as an agent you can run anytime.
