Accepted Answer

Microsoft customers with Microsoft 365 E3 or Microsoft 365 E5 plans are eligible to leverage the Gong Copilot integration. All Microsoft Dynamics, Teams, and Outlook customers are eligible to access each integration with Gong respectively.

Accepted Answer

Custom agents built with Microsoft Copilot Studio and powered by Gong data can automate tasks like surfacing deal risks, sending daily top deal summaries, alerting sellers to stalled pipeline, and proactively flagging next steps, all without reps needing to dig through CRM or Gong manually.

Accepted Answer

There are no current plans to integrate Gong directly with Power BI or SharePoint. The focus remains on delivering value inside the Microsoft 365 solutions most relevant to sales and RevOps teams.

Will deploying these integrations impact existing Gong workflows or automations already in place?

Accepted Answer

No. The Copilot integration is additive and does not interfere with existing Gong workflows. Users may notice enhancements to existing Outlook, Teams, and Dynamics integrations, but all prior automations will remain intact.

Gong’s integrations are designed to surface Gong-derived data inside Microsoft apps. Microsoft user data is not stored by Gong outside of its platform. Only Gong conversation data is referenced and securely processed.
