Gong processes certain personal data relating to business professionals that we obtain from publicly available sources, third-party data providers, and other permitted sources in connection with Gong’s Enrich service (“Professional Data”).
This page explains your privacy rights relating to that information and how to submit a request.
What Professional Data does Gong process?
This may include information such as:
Name
Job title
Employer
Business location
Professional profile information
** Gong’s Professional Data does not include business email addresses, business phone numbers, or other contact information.
Submit a privacy request
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request that Gong:
- Access the professional information we maintain about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion or suppression of your Professional Data, where applicable.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable.
- Opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Professional Data, where applicable.

Once your request has been processed, your Professional Data will no longer be available through Gong Enrich. Gong may retain limited information solely to maintain a suppression record, honor your request, comply with applicable legal obligations, and prevent your Professional Data from being reintroduced into Gong Enrich.
Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to opt out of “sales” or “sharing” of their personal information contained in Professional Data. Similarly, under the GDPR (and other European data protection laws), individuals in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland have the right to object to our processing of their business data. You may exercise those rights by filling out the form on this page. We will honor your request by removing your profile from our services, and we will retain the email address you enter solely for purposes of storing and respecting your opt-out preference.

About Gong Enrich Marketplace Data Partners
Gong Enrich allows customers to obtain data directly from third-party data providers (“Data Partner”) through the Enrich Marketplace, which depending on the Data Partner and Customer configuration, may include business contact information. Data Providers do not process Professional Data on behalf of Gong and are not Gong sub-processors. A Gong Customer elects whether or not to use their services. Data Providers provide their data and services directly to Customer pursuant to separate terms between Customer and the applicable Data Partner.
If your request relates to information supplied by a Data Partner, the provider remains responsible for its own data collection and processing. You will need to contact the applicable provider directly to exercise your rights under its Privacy Policy or DPA. See our Gong Collective page, for the Data Partners Gong works with.
