How revenue teams are winning more with the Gong Revenue AI OS: Highlights from Celebrate ‘25

“At Gong, every innovation, every partnership, and every go-to-market motion ladders up to one thing: How to win more with revenue AI,” said Emily He, Gong’s Chief Marketing Officer, kicking off Celebrate ‘25. “This movement is not led by Gong alone. It’s led by you — our customers, our partners.”
Gong is at the center of the two biggest challenges businesses face today: Revenue and AI. And Celebrate is where we introduce you to the innovations companies can use to usher themselves into the future of revenue.
We brought together hundreds of revenue pros in person (and thousands more virtually) for insights-driven keynotes, interactive breakouts, and networking events designed for the entire revenue org. Check out the recap of all the events below.

Unveiling the AI operating system for revenue teams
“Imagine a future where selling is done for you,” remarked Amit Bendov, Gong’s CEO and co-founder, in his keynote address. In 2016, when Gong first launched, we did.
The idea of an autonomous revenue system powered by AI was simply a dream we had of a more capable future for business. Now, nine years after launch, it’s becoming a reality for our customers, which include half of the Fortune 10.
At Celebrate, Amit and Eilon Reshef, Gong’s co-founder and CPO, pulled back the curtain on the future of revenue AI to announce the latest product enhancements coming to the Gong Revenue AI OS, including:
- Gong Orchestrate, an industry-first way to define, execute, and evaluate go-to-market plays all in one place.
- Support for Model Context Protocol (MCP), a communication layer that brings external revenue signals into Gong Agents.
- AI Data Extractor, a new Gong Agent that unlocks new use cases from unstructured data by automatically transforming conversations into structured attributes.
- AI Deep Researcher, which handles complex business questions that require in-depth analysis.
And several more, which are highlighted in Eilon’s full product announcement blog.

Amit then welcomed John Wunder, Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy, Planning, and Operations at Cisco, to the stage to talk about perhaps the world’s largest implementation of revenue AI.
“Why AI, and why now?” Amit asked, to which John said, “It’s imperative; every function within Cisco needs to have AI. It’s about not only growth but efficiency.” With more than 20,000 sellers representing all Cisco Sales personas, they quickly understood that seller value would be driven by revenue AI.
Although it’s still early days, the company is already “deriving value from the capabilities,” John added. “And I don't see this just as a seller experience. I see it as a Customer Success experience, a partner experience.”
Gong on Gong: How we improve our entire GTM motion

To engineer our own rapid growth at Gong, we committed to running more than 90% of our day-to-day GTM processes in Gong before asking anyone else to do so. “It’s our revenue hub, our AI OS where we run our entire org,” Shane Evans, Gong’s CRO, said at Celebrate. He then invited three Gong leaders to share what that looks like day-to-day, and how they solved challenges using our own technology.
Shawn Killpack, VP of GTM Strategy and Operations at Gong
Shawn's team observed that 90% of AE/CSM meetings had one silent participant — a reflection of inefficient resourcing and poor customer experience. But by using AI Call Reviewer and Revenue Analytics, we were able to boost rep productivity by 40% and retention by 10 points.
Stacey Justice, VP of GTM Enablement at Gong
Stacey used Gong's Initiative Boards and AI Call Reviewer to identify reps in need of more coaching, leading to a 17% increase in multi-product deal win rates and a 200% increase in multi-product deals won. “That’s the power of Gong,” she said. “It turns enablement from an art to a science.”
Simon Frey, SVP of Customer Outcomes at Gong
Disconnected systems lead to disconnected outcomes, which is why we faced retention issues a few years back. Our CS teams were able to automate follow-ups with Gong Engage, identify objections and concerns with Theme Spotter, and fix handoffs with AI Briefer, leading to a 30-point improvement in net revenue retention (NRR).
A live panel with raving fans from Docusign, Thomson Reuters, and Brex

Next, Shane invited three valued customers to showcase their business successes powered by Gong:
Paula Hansen, President & Chief Revenue Officer, Docusign
Docusign unveiled a new AI-driven signature platform, and Gong helps the revenue org with qualitative results — like message success and coaching — as well as quantitative results like win rates and average deal size. Reps can focus more on meaningful interactions than menial tasks, and leaders can be more intentional with rep development. “Our revenue organization has seen 60% time savings,” Paula said. As a result, Docusign 2.0 is the fastest-growing product in the company’s history.
Kristal Au-Yong, Head of Commercial Excellence, Thomson Reuters
Partnering with Gong has allowed Thomson Reuters to challenge their thinking, prove value, and remove friction from the rep experience. “We rolled out Gong a couple of years ago, and the company has realized that we are sitting on a goldmine of data,” Kristal said. Marketing is using the data to better understand the wins and losses, and product teams are using the data to understand what our customers are saying about the product, leading to more informed decisions, faster.
Garret Marker, Chief Revenue Officer, Brex
Brex has taken a “first-principles approach” to growth, breaking it down into its components and then building new solutions from the ground up. Their reps using Gong saw 3x higher win rates, which increased adoption around the org. They spend 20% less time doing menial tasks, but see 2x more activity with the same headcount. Since adopting Gong, win rates have increased for 7 quarters in a row.
Stanford Professor Erik Brynjolfsson on rewiring work with AI

On day two, Erik Brynjolfsson, Professor at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI (HAI), and Director of the Stanford Digital Economy Lab took the stage to open a dialogue about AI’s impact on the future of the economy and the technology landscape that connects all of us.
He compared AI's transformative impact to the Industrial Revolution; AI is a GPT — a “general-purpose technology — that will fundamentally reshape how we work. But despite AI's capabilities, broad productivity growth hasn't materialized yet, similar to electrification, which took decades to show economic gains. Organizations needed to fundamentally reorganize their work processes, not just overlay new technology.”
As AI makes tasks cheaper and faster, demand for human expertise in complementary areas actually increases. Revenue leaders who embrace human-AI collaboration, focusing on creativity, empathy, and problem-solving, will build stronger organizations. “The choice isn't what AI will do to us, but what we do with AI,” Erik noted.
Realizing the impact of AI agents with Model Context Protocol

AI agents are what generative AI was two years ago — dominating the conversation and experiencing rapid adoption by companies everywhere. However, while individual agents drive real impact for people, the challenge — and opportunity — lies in how these agents work together across different platforms. That’s where the Model Context Protocol (MCP) comes into play.
At Celebrate, Karan Nigam from Microsoft, Paul Vinogradov from Deloitte, and Josh Israels from Salesforce joined Gong’s Eran Aloni for a discussion on the importance of connecting AI agents to extract real value, and what’s at stake with interoperability. Karan summarized the stakes: "AI is the easy part, getting the data right that's the hard part. If you have bad data infrastructure, you will have bad AI agents.”
Breakouts: Customized content for every revenue role
In-person attendees chose from a variety of breakout sessions focused on key outcomes for teams across the GTM org, from enablement to post-sales and beyond:
GTM Moves That Win
From pipeline growth to rep productivity, this track offered repeatable, results-driven plays that top revenue teams are using to ramp faster, win more, and expand smarter.
Highlights included:
- Lindsey Catalan of Twilio, Keith Reynolds of Wayfair, and Eitan Saban of PayPal discussed how to create transformational change with our own Craig Hanson. From coaching senior sellers to revenue leaks and forecast slips to making coaching a strategic priority — it's about understanding what good looks like, standardizing it across a team, then scaling.
- 53% of buyers said they could have won a lost deal if not for something they did or didn’t do during the experience. But if it’s based on seller experience, what experiences are so meaningful they cause a buyer to choose one vendor over another? Tim Riesterer of Corporate Visions identified eight predictive buyer experiences that sellers need to deliver to win; these are the behaviors sellers need to be good at that AI can't replace.
Revenue Systems, Reinvented
Practical strategies to reduce complexity, boost adoption, and unlock the full potential of your stack.
Highlights included:
- Oscar Cannon of Cisco, Alexis Grabell of Pocus, and Erika Morris of Sprout Social joined our own Kyle Groff to talk about how complexity can hurt ROI. You should know why you’re implementing AI, and GTM alignment is key when it comes to implementing any solution.
- John Wayne Maioriello and Bryce Keller of Cisco joined our own Eilon Reshef and Erez Shilon to talk about Gong’s new support for Model Context Protocol, and how it acts as a communication layer with AI agents like AI Theme Spotter, AI Deep Researcher, and AI Builder.
Mastering Gong
The powerful features, creative use cases, and proven best practices from Gong experts and customers.
Highlights included:
- Gong’s RVP of Enterprise Sales, Alli Reiss, and Morningstar’s Sales Enablement Manager, Rae Cheney, shared how their teams have leveraged Gong Agents to cut prep time, surface insights, and stay ahead of risks and opportunities.
- Gong’s Eilon Reshef shared the company’s vision and roadmap for revenue AI, and Pradeep Konduru talked about how Procore Technologies used Gong to accelerate growth and drive transformational results.
