AI is no longer experimental in B2B sales. Revenue leaders are looking for technology that brings intelligence and execution together across everyday workflows and deliver clear business results.

We’re proud to share that Gong Agents have been named a Gold winner in the Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service, in the category Best Use of Chatbots or AI Assistants in Sales.

Judges highlighted Gong’s long track record with AI in sales and its ability to deliver real business results, including stronger win rates and broad adoption across thousands of customers. They also noted how Gong Agents fit naturally into everyday sales workflows, helping teams reduce manual work and execute deals more effectively, underscoring Gong’s mature, enterprise-ready approach to AI.

The Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service received more than 2,100 nominations from organizations across 41 nations and territories, with winners evaluated by a global panel of judges. As Stevie Awards president Maggie Miller noted, "The remarkable scores achieved by this year’s Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service winners reflect the extraordinary levels of excellence, innovation, and customer impact they deliver. We proudly join the judges in congratulating and celebrating these outstanding organizations and professionals on their achievements."

This year’s Gold award marks Gong’s fourth consecutive year of recognition in the Stevie Awards and reflects growing demand for AI that moves beyond experimentation to drive consistent execution and real business outcomes.
