Whatever language a customer interaction occurs in, Sanchez and his teams can get immediate insights and meeting summaries in their native language (English for Sanchez), even when the conversation is in a language they don’t speak. 

“I’ve got teams across Europe, but I don’t speak their languages. Now, with Gong, I can see meeting summaries in English and use AI Ask Anything for any deal — What’s happening with this deal? Are they following our sales process? — and it answers me in English. For me, that’s a game changer.”

Gong’s seamless translation nearly eliminates language barriers, making it easier to collaborate across international teams.
