In this keynote, Gong's own Emily He will highlight how revenue technology is evolving — from capturing conversations to surfacing insights to taking autonomous action. We’ll walk through the latest Gong Labs findings, which analyze data from millions of real buyer conversations, including key findings such as the 3× performance gap between AI-mature and laggard revenue orgs, what’s driving each, and what it means for your team in the next 12 months.
We'll close the session with a detailed look at the before-and-after from Adyen, a Gong customer who is driving successful revenue transformation within their business.

Workshop #1
Everyone likes to talk about deals they won. At Gong, we believe it's equally — if not more important — to talk about the ones we lose. And the major accounts that churn.
This workshop is going to invite all participants to think about a major deal loss or churned account ahead of the session, and dissect the “why” behind it as a group. The speaker will ask a series prompts/questions for the group, who can raise their hands and talk about their answer or take their own notes.
They’ll go through an “anatomy” assessment leaders can apply to their own lost deals and deals moving forward. Questions designed to encourage new ways of thinking/remove bias.

Enablement leaders have gotten very good at measuring activity — but not impact. This workshop challenges the metrics we’ve relied on for years and reframes the role of enablement around a single question: are we actually changing how reps sell, and does it show up in revenue? Through a working, peer-led discussion, we’ll break down where programs stall across the enablement flywheel — detect, prescribe, practice, validate — and explore what it looks like to connect enablement directly to behavior in the field and outcomes in the business.

This session unpacks how broken operating rhythms, unreliable data, and manager-by-manager execution are driving inconsistent outcomes across forecasting, pipeline, and coaching. Using Gong’s Manager Operating Rhythm as a lens, we’ll diagnose where systems break down and explore what it takes to move from reactive reporting to proactive execution. Through a working discussion grounded in real examples, leaders will leave with a clear, practical change they can make immediately to improve how their business runs.
