Flying in? Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is about a 20 minute drive from the Hilton Austin.

Driving? We’ll have onsite valet parking available through the hotel.

How do I cancel my registration?

Can no longer make it? Here’s how to cancel your registration:

Prior to October 1, 2025, you can cancel your registration via the event platform - access the form via your confirmation email.
After October 1, 2025, all cancellation requests must be made in writing to celebrate@gong.io. See refund policy below.

What is the cancellation & refund policy?

Refund policy:

For cancellations received prior to August 31, 2025, a refund of your registration fee (if paid) minus a cancellation fee will be distributed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any refunds to be reflected on your account.

Cancellation Fees:

General Conference Registration: $100
General Conference + Empower Certification Registration: $200

Cancellations received after August 31, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.

No show policy:

If your registration is not cancelled prior to the event date, it will result in a “no show” status. No show registrations are not eligible for a refund and cannot be transferred to future Gong conferences.

Can someone attend in my place?

Registration transfer requests must be made in writing to celebrate@gong.io prior to October 1, 2025.

Please include the names and email addresses of both the original registrant(s) and substitute registrant(s) in your request. Please note that the Gong Empower Certification sessions are on a space available basis and transfer space is not guaranteed.
