Gong is looking to hire a pricing expert who can help shape pricing strategy, optimization, and operational excellence.  This role will report to the Vice President of Product Marketing at Gong.  The individual in this role will have experience as an expert market, customer and competitor researcher, and has the ability to drive strategy and alignment with product, marketing, finance and sales partners. This is an opportunity to price products and services for the leading revenue intelligence company that is driving innovation in some of the hottest areas of technology including AI, machine learning, remote work, cloud, and the subscription economy.


  • Define new SKUs by functionality or segment
  • Price additional modules, services, and new products
  • Develop appropriate product and services packages by segment or use case 
  • Support global expansion and pricing for global customers
  • Define and execute pricing experiments
  • Drive alignment with product, marketing, sales, and finance leaders on pricing strategy across all products and services
  • Research and report on competitor price points and offerings
  • Model financial and business impact of pricing options
  • Collaborate with product and sales operations on systems changes
  • Monitor and report on pricing changes as they impact the business 


  • 5-7 years of experience in market research, pricing, business operations, or consulting, ideally in the software sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings
  • Strong collaborator and easy to work with across time-zones
  • Ability to think strategically and “Favor the Long Term”
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done
