Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing

Demand Generation - San Francisco helps salespeople have better conversations by using AI and machine learning to pinpoint what the top performers are saying and doing differently. Those behaviors can then be replicated across the entire team to increase quota attainment and slash on-boarding time of new team members. Customer-facing teams at hundreds of companies like LinkedIn, GE and ZipRecruiter use Gong to improve their customer experience in millions of conversations every day.

As our Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing, you’ll play a key role in driving qualified opportunities and brand visibility for Gong.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage all online channels such as search (paid and organic), paid social, display, streaming audio, affiliates, and our Gong website to drive qualified opportunities.
  • Lead experience testing and optimization throughout the buyer's journey with attention to ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, and A/B testing.
  • Manage and track digital marketing budget.
  • Work closely with sales. Saying we have sales and marketing alignment is an understatement! We know we need each other to succeed, so you’ll work with sales to help drive success in meeting sales goals.
  • Be an internal marketing master.
  • Communicate a comprehensive week over week report to internal stakeholders and senior leadership on the success of our efforts while thinking strategically about long-term drivers of individual channel success.
  • Everything above and more to help contribute to the team’s main goal of maximizing qualified opportunities and building our brand.
