As a Customer Account Executive, you'll fill a key role in growing our current customer base working expansion, upsell, and renewal deals.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and close expansion opportunities within our current account base.
  • Run a proactive and effective renewal process for current customers
  • Demonstrate an ability to multithread and access C-level executives 
  • Manage a book of business
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Develop and leverage client relationships to expand the usage of Gong within new teams and departments

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of closing experience
  • Experience up-selling, cross-selling and/or hunting net new business
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
